The project is organized in three phases, each of them structured in different tasks:

PHASE I
Task 1 – from March 2012 to June 2012
Gathering and analysis of documentation: Microbiology, Genetics, Microbiology and Pharmacology and Themes and Laboratory of Biology (TLB).

Task 2 – from June 2012 to January 2013
To design ‘draft’ solutions for Microbiology (1st semester), presented for discussion and negotiation, in order to be used as a working model for 2nd semester (Genetics, Microbiology and Pharmacology and TLB).

PHASE II
Task 3 – from February to June 2013
Implementation of solutions developed during 1st semester on Genetics, Microbiology and Pharmacology and TLB.

Task 4 – from July 2013 to January 2014
Redesign of solutions for 2nd semester (Genetics, Microbiology and Pharmacology and TLB.).
Redesign solutions for Microbiology (1st semester);
Implementation and evaluation of those solutions (1st and 2nd semester);

PHASE III
Task 5 – February 2014 to June 2014
Implementation of solutions developed during previous academic year (Genetics, Microbiology and Pharmacology and TLB).

Task 6 – July 2014 to August 2015
Writing, Reporting and Dissemination.
